Nicole Weimar

I am an undergraduate researcher in the Coller Lab interested in applying machine learning to questions in gene regulation and aging. My work focuses on studying transcription factor dynamics and cellular state transitions using computational approaches. Outside of academics, I enjoy baking, playing tennis, and reading.
